Use the order you placed to find the available resolution.
Start with your order
Open your purchase history on the website where you paid, select the order and review its available return, replacement or support options. Food and drink return rules may differ from other products, so check the policy attached to that order.
If cans arrive damaged
Keep the shipping box and packaging, note which cans were affected, and take clear photographs if the order-support process asks for them. Do not drink from a leaking or visibly compromised can. Follow the seller’s instructions for handling the shipment.
Wrong quantity or wrong item
Compare the label and can count with your confirmation. The larger bundle contains 24 cans across two twelve-can cartons. Use the order’s help option to report a mismatch; any remedy depends on the seller and the order’s terms.
Refund timing
Check the status in the original account and payment method. This website does not take payment or issue refunds for orders placed elsewhere.
